How To Make A Homemade Sleid

Dimensional images - Stereoscopic

In cinema, we are currently experiencing a renaissance the spatial projection. The performances of current stereoscopic film brought the film industry last year, a significant increase in revenues compared to previous years.

This trend seems at least since James Cameron's Avatar not be demolished. Many manufacturers try as much as new technical solutions for the living room. Every week there is news about planned enhancements to equipment and technical standards.

Note: To view the video, you need 3D glasses (red / cyan)

The enthusiasm of a reality in the otherwise completely normal sensory impression is perhaps comparable to the advent of color film. Again, there was intercession as criticism. A major design challenge remains, namely, to use the technique to the emotional support of the content - not for spectacular effects for the mere purpose to deceive with a meager contents of time.

There are different technical procedures for stereoscopic content. Each has its strengths and weaknesses. Some make colors are distorted, but realize it cheap - it needs only a cardboard glasses with different colored glasses (anaglyph ). Others have perfect color, but require more expensive equipment, such as shutter glasses , special 3D monitors or polarized projection.

all methods have in common is that both get the viewer's eyes to see a slightly different image - like natural vision. Both eyes view the world from a slightly different perspective was. The human brain calculates again the information for the spatial perception.

The example demonstrates the effect of anaglyph 3D glasses in red (left eye) and cyan (right eye). Significantly higher resolution you can find them on my site DEFSHOT . de and my Youtube channel in several encodings.
